The use of the Adelaide Hills Business Centres (AHBC) Virtural Address and Mail Services (a.k.a. Service) are based on the terms outline here within.

Hereafter referred to as the "Address" or "Virtual Address"
While maintaining your mail Services, you can use the Address for any legal purpose including your registered business address with the ATO and ASIC.
You are NOT permitted to register the Address with online mapping services such as Google Map via Google My Business.
Furthermore, you can NOT use the Address as your legal place of residence, particularly on driver's licences, passports, gun licences, vehicle registration, etc., unless it's for mailing / notification purposes only.
If mail is received for you, and it can be identified as Unsolicited (Not personally addressed, from known scammers) or junk mail, it will not be processed.
* Standard mail items are postal mail via Australia Post and NOT Parcel Post or other deliveries by independent couriers.
Please keep this in mind when ordering online, as parcels will be held at the Local Woodside Post Office for your collection.
However, If you suspect a parcel is on its way, let us know and we will see what we can do.
Standard mail items that we process include DL, DWL, C5, C4 & B4 sized envelopes, or items up to a maximum of 353mm x 250mm x 10mm thick.
If it fits in a standard size mailbox, it will be processed.
Mail Services with "Hold" mail option is for a maximum period of 6 months or until we contact you to either collect your mail or have redirected to another collection point.
(See section "Mail Redirection" for any further charges.)
Mail received as "Return To Sender" (RTS) shall be processed as if standard incoming mail unless the sender's name is not indicated on the mail item.
If we cannot identify the sender from the mail item, the mail may be opened to identify the sender.
Failing this, the mail will be held for 14 days to be claimed and than distroyed.
When posting mail with the sender's details and Address, you MUST include your name or business name.
Do not state the sender as the "Adelaide Hills Business Centre". This will be considered as "Improper Use"
Your Mail Services allows for five business or contact names per Mail Service.
A Virtual Address is a real street address that you can use as your business address without the need for you or your business to physically occupy that space. (See section on "Using The Address" for further details)
A Virtual Address gives you many advantages: a chance to register a business in different a state, freedom from limiting you to a physical space, and access to your mail remotely if you combine it with a mail processing.
Unless your Virtual Address Service includes a mail processing Service (Notification, Scan to Email or Redirect), mail will be returned to sender (RTS) except for "Startup Friendly" mail.
Startup Friendly Mail - is a short term mail notification service for any incoming business mail from the ATO or ASIC. Your mail will be available for collection from Mailbox #10 (See section on "Mailbox #10" for further details) or redirected on request.
In addition to using the Address, Mail Processing Services that includes a "Notification" means that when mail is received for you, an email will be sent to you with details of the mail received (Size and senders details if visible) and how to collect normally from Mailbox #10 (See section on "Mailbox #10" for further details)
Types & Quantity of Mail Processed
Typically, mail items are business related mail (Not Parcels) and around 50 items of *Standard mail per year.
If your mail volume is likely to exceed to 50 *Standard mail items per year, contact us to discuss a plan that fits your needs.
With Mail Redirect
If your AHBC Mail Services include "Mail Redirect", we will re-address incoming mail to your nominated address and send via Australian Post. We allow for around 50 *Standard mail items per year to be redirected.
We may wait and bundle your redirected mail subject to the level of your mail being processed.
If you expect to exceed 50 items per year, please contact us to discuss your expected needs.
Without Mail Redirect
If your AHBC Mail Services does NOT include "Mail Redirect" as standard, and you need your mail redirected to another address or Post Office, please contact us to arrange it.
A fee of $20 + Postage may apply for each redirection package / bundle of mail.
If we suspect that the Virtural Address and Mail Services are being used for misleading, improper or illegal purposes, we will contact you seeking further clarification. If you fail to satisfy our concerns, your service with the AHBC will be cancelled immediately.
The AHBC reserves the right to amend these terms as required without notice.
The AHBC may change or terminate any Virtural Address and Mail Service or your account at any time without the need to justisfy or compensate.
The AHBC also reserves the right to NOT accept or process mail items that may be considered, in the AHBC's view, but not limited to; inappropriate, illegal, dangerous, misleading, offensive, unknown recipient, containing an unknown substance, marked hazadis, damaged, etc. (See section on "Improper Use" for further details)
When mail is received for you, it will be opened and scanned. The scanned mail will then be saved to your online mail account as a PDF file.
An email will notify you with links to view your online mail account. Simply click on the supplied links to view all of your incoming mail or mail just-in.
Mail can be viewed online or downloaded.
After incoming mail is scanned, the original mail will be destroyed unless the mail can not be scanned. Eg. Larger than A4, high number of pages (>10 pages), Bound documents or booklets, Wills, Credit / ID / Medicare cards, Passports, Licences Etc. With such mail, it will be held for your collection or redirected as requested. (See section "Mail Redirection" for charges)
Mailbox #10 is located at the Woodside business centre is used for Virtual Address Service holders to collect their incoming mail items.
When collecting your mail from mailbox #10, please memorise the combination lock code supplied in the notification email to open the mailbox.
Mailbox #10 is a shared mailbox, so ONLY remove mail addressed to you and LOCK the mailbox again.
If mail is not collected within 14 days, it may be returned to the sender unless other arrangements are made.
Please allow 48 hours for incoming mail to be processed. Weekends and Public holidays may delay notifications beyond the 48 hours.
If you are expecting an urgent item, please contact us.
We provide a 7 days invoice once your application has been approved, with an annual renewal reminder emailed and renewal invoice.
You may elect to use the Auto Payment option on receipt of our invoice.
If you have a special requirement, simply contact us. We will endeavour to address your requirements, and should such a requirement require additional processing time and cost, an invoice for our time and cost shall be emailed to you for your prompt payment within 7 days.
Our standard processing rate is $150/hour - Example: Cost = Time taken 20 minutes / 60 minutes x $150 / 60 minutes = $50
Simply access the Virtual Address / Mailbox Service online form, enter your email address and select cancel my service. Ensure all authorities / providers have been updated with your change of address details.
Cancellation has an immediate effect. Any mail received after cancellation will be returned to the sender. No refund is provided for any remaining portion of the cancelled Service.
If you have a Mailbox, please return the mailbox key to our office or drop into your mailbox within 48 hours, otherwise a replacement key fee will apply.
