Never pay an invoice or request for funds if you are not sure why you are receiving the invoice or request. Please contact us if in doubt.

All AHBC emailed invoices include a PDF invoice file that details the service provided.

Payment For Services

To minimise confusion or unauthorised request for payment, please be aware that the AHBC does not request payment without an invoice or a link to our domain services website named https://domains.adelaidehillsbc.com.au.

Business Service Payments

An AHBC invoice will be emailed soon after a request for a service.

The invoice will be emailed from the AHBC via the XERO accounting system that we use.

The invoice will clearly state the services provided. If it does not, please contact us ASAP.

Payment can either be by EFT or credit card using the payment link button or EFT details stated on the invoice.

Google Workspace Subscriptions

The AHBC is a registered Google Partner for the provision and support of the Google Workspace online services.

This service was initially an annual invoice subscription, however in 2023 this service has transition to a 3 monthly invoice. Some Google Workspace clients via the AHBC with 5 or more user accounts may receive a monthly emailed invoice

The invoice will clearly state the Google subscription provided along with the associated primary domain. If it does not, please contact us ASAP.

Domain Registration and Hosting Payments

Payments for domain registrations and associated hosting services including web servers are process by a registered credit card linked to your account.

You will receive advanced notices of any registration or service renewals. If you have linked your domain registrations or products to "Auto Renew", they will renew using your linked credit card so long as the credit card is active.

If payment fails, you will be notified by email for your prompt action.

All notification email will clear stated the domain or hosting service with a link to the AHBC domain website named https://domains.adelaidehillsbc.com.au. If it does not, please contact us ASAP.
