Signing in, setting up and using Google Workspace on all of your devices is fast and easy.
Just follow the steps below to add your Google account to your device.
Once established your device will automatically sync with your Google Workspace applications. (Email, Calendar, Contacts, Notes etc)

Simply go to https://accounts.google.com or https://gmail.com to sign in.
Once the Google Sign in screen appears, enter your Google Workspace email address and select Next.
If your email address is correct, you will be requested to enter your user password.
We recommend for additional security that you add an image to your account profile. You can do this from the Welcome page by selecting "Personal Information". Select the image Icon to add a photo or image that you will recognise when signing in.
To access your Google G Suite apps, locate the nine dots at top right of the page and select. A drop down list will appear and than select App to open. You can also re-arrange these apps icon as required.

To begin using Google Workspace on your iOS device, set up Google Sync by performing the following steps:
Go to your device’s account settings.
Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars
Tap Add Account.
Tap Google.
Add your Google Workspace account (enter your email address) and password and then follow the instructions from there.
Choose which products you want to synchronise to your device such as mail, calendar, notes, contacts etc.
That’s it! Now you can use Google Workspace email account on your iOS device.

To begin using Google Workspace on your Android device, set up Google Sync by performing the following steps:

Tap Add Account
Tap Google.

Please note that the Google G Suite setup is basically the same as Google GMail.

Online Mail and other Google Workspace Apps
For online access to your Google Workspace mail and other apps we recommend that you use and sign in with Chrome.
Once signed in with Chrome, simply open a new tab. Nine dots will appear to the top right of the browser with all of your Google G Suite applications including Mail, Calendar, Drive, Contacts and more. Select the required tool to open.
Not using Chrome or just need to sign in to your Google account via any browser, go to google.com.au and tap the "Sign In" button.
