Adelaide Hills Business Centre's trading terms supersedes, replaces and extinguish all other terms, conditions or imposed tasks that you, a corporate, government or incorporated body may wish to apply in writing or verbally to the Adelaide Hills Business Centre. Membership, Room Hire, Service and Google Workspace

We don't auto debit member's bank accounts on membership renewal or for service payments. You will receive an invoice for all services from the centre in a timely manner for your prompt payment.

Our invoices include an online credit card payment link, or you may use the EFT payment detail as shown on the invoice or below.

Please note that any credit card fees will be added to your transaction total.

Invoicing frequency

Membership : Annually on anniversary of joining

Coworking : Monthly on cowork plan start date except 29th to 31st of the month will occur on the 28th of each month.

Membership Renewal Notifications:-

You will receive an email a few weeks before your membership is due for renewal. This should allow you time to update your plan and membership before the new renewal invoice is email to you.

Domain Registration and Hosting Services

If you have a domain related registration or hosting services with the AHBC, you will need to maintain credit card payment details in your account.

If your card is about to renew or has been replaced with a new card, you will need to update your details.

You will receive a number of notification email that your domain related services are about to renew and confirmation once services have been renewed or failed.
