My Details

To obtain details about your membership and activities with the AHBC simply:

  1. Access the Membership and Member's Services form.

  2. Select action "2. My Membership"

  3. Enter your email address linked to your membership

  4. On the next page select "1. Activity Report by Email"

  5. Skip the Access Code question

  6. On the next page, select any addition information required such as

    • Advice sessions

    • Events attended

    • Room bookings

    • Cowork passes purchased

    • Services - Business listings etc

  7. If any of the above items are selected, Select to reporting period

  8. Select SUBMIT

  9. Allow a few minutes and check your emails for your report.

Content Of Activity Report

Membership Details :

  • Your name connected with your membership

  • Email address linked to your membership

  • Your Access Code (Four digit code) for online updates

  • Shared folder URL to access files shared with you

  • Group Name if your account is managed by a corporate account

  • Plan type - Casual or Coworking

  • Join date

  • Phone number

  • Address details

  • Fob ID if you have been issued a key fob

Available Funds :

  • Your Credit Account (CA) Balance that can be used for a range of services

  • Shared Grant Funds that you can apply for

Technology Account Setup :

  • Technology Type (Eg. Google G Suite, Domain etc)

  • Username

  • Password at time of setup

Mail List :

Status of eNews list and other mailing list.

Mail Services and Storage :

Current Mail and Storage services

Business Listing :

Content of your Business Listing and status (Displayed or Hidden)

Log Details : (Optional)

Dates and details on advices sessions, event bookings, room hire etc

Events & Attendees

If you have held events via the AHBC booking page, the report will provide a list of all attendees to each event.
