One of the greatest advantages of "G Suite" in your business is its ability to automate processes, minimising cost and errors associated with routine administration. 

G Suite includes a highly capable and flexible development environment called Google Apps Scripts (GAS).  

The level of sophistication in GAS is amazing, where your business can go securely online with accessibility almost anywhere.  
For Example, 
Imagine a form for the entry of a new project. On submitting the form a folder is created for all project documents.  Selected staff and maybe your client are assigned access rights to the folder so that they may share and store files online.  

Maybe you have a costing spreadsheet template, then that template could be copied into the project folder and edited to contain the client's name and other details.  

Now lets say you are using Xero accounts, then add the new client to Xero and while GAS is doing that, add your new client to your customer management system like Insightly and your online phone book.  

In one click, you have saved 60 minutes and reduced the likelihood of any errors.
