Meeting and Workshop space for non profit groups

If you are part of a not for profit community group, incorporated club or association seeking a great meeting or workshop space for your members, than we may have the perfect solution for you.

The Adelaide Hills Business Centre has a number of wonderful facilities that you can book at reduced prices.  

Have a group of around 8 or so people or need the latest in visual presentation technology, then this is your space. $20 per hour or $150 for the day*. (Min 2 Hours)

Great for smaller groups of around 4 people. $10 per hour or $75 for the day*. (Min 2 Hours)

For larger groups of around 15 people. $40 per hour or $240 for the day*.  (Min 2 Hours)

Maybe your group is looking at creating some professional looking and sounding video content.  Then this space is for you.  An easy to used media studio with Lights, Camera, Microphones, Editing Suite and Green Screen are ready to go. $20 per hour or $150 for the day*.

WiFi - Free WiFi services are available and you will find the password on the many perspex table displays. 

Espresso Coffee & Hot Drinks / Refreshments - A gold coin donation in the money box located in the kitchen.

How To Get Started
  1. Become a Member. Someone in your group must be an AHBC member. It's free and you can start here as a casual member.  State that you will use the centres facilities so that we can send you a 24/7 access key fob.
  2. Then Contact us and tell us about your group so that we can confirm the group's eligibility to receive the discount sponsor code.
  3. Reserve Your Space 24/7. Check availability and reserve your space online. Click here when you have your membership access and sponsor code.
  4. Payment. Check your emails for confirmation and payment link to finalise your booking. This email also includes a Room's 4 digit unlock code so don't forget it on the day. (Visa, MasterCard, PayPal or EFT)
  • Cancellation within 48 hours.  Notify us here.
  • Minimum booking period is 2 hours.
  • You also need to tidy up after your stay ready for the next group to use. Otherwise Sadie, the cleaning lady will send you an invoice for her time.
  • All prices include GST. 
  • The *day rate covers bookings up to 12 Hours in any day
