Manage My Membership

Change, Suspend or Cancel
Use this form to change to your current membership plan, suspend or to cancel.

Once we receive your request we will inform you if any fee adjustments are required. 

If you have a unpaid renewal invoice please supply the invoice number using the online form for cancellation or amending.

Cancelling or adjusting renewal invoice are processed when:-
  • Annual Casual Membership invoice is less than 90 days overdue.
  • Monthly Cowork Members invoice is not overdue.

Suspend
If you are a Cowork Member of more than 4 months, you may suspend your cowork membership by changing your plan to a Casual Membership. On the anniversary of your membership, you will receive a Causal Membership renewal invoice unless you subsequently upgrade or cancel your membership.

Cancelling
NO FEE applies to Cancelling your membership.  Note: If you have a Business Director Listing with the AHBC, your listing will be removed along with ongoing promotions of your business and shared files.  

KEY FOB - If you have a Key Fob to access the AHBC, access will be disconnected.  Please return your Key Fob to the AHBC or destroy.

SERVICES - Other members services and benefits will also be remove however you may rejoin again at any time.  An initial joining will apply again.

JOINING - If you decide to join again at a later stage, You will be required to pay any Joining Fee that may applies at the time. (Coworks - see Suspend option above)
