What is an Access Fob?

Coworking Members are issued with an Access Fob based on becoming a member.
Casual Members may be issues an Access Fob when they purchased Visitor's Passes to access the Coworking Space.

The Access Fob is a small plastic keyring device that identifies you when accessing any of the Adelaide Hills Business Centres (AHBC).  It also contains your Access Code number (Last four digits)

How it Works

Use your Access Fob whenever you enter the AHBC centre including the outside spaces or if you have booked a private space.

You can enter as many times as you like on the same day without additional fees.  This enables you to exit the centre and enter again.  For example, if you collecting something from your car, go to the shops or simply to take in the sun and some fresh air.

Use your Access Fob to indicate you are leaving the venue for the day.  This signs you out and closes your session at the centre. (See "On Exit - Sign Out" below for further details.)

To avoid access issues, Keep keys and other metal items away from the Access Points when presenting the your Fob.

On Entry - Sign In

Hold your Access Fob momentarily near the centre of the access points located at entry doors.  After a short moment a Green light will appear and the door will unlatch allowing access for a few seconds.  You can enter as many times as you like.  Your visit will only close out when you sign out.

On Exit - Sign Out

When you have finish your visit to the centre, hold your Access Fob momentarily near the centre of the access points located near each exit door. After a short moment a Green light will appear and the door will unlatch allowing you to exit within a few seconds. Your session is now closed.

For safety reasons, doors can be open to exit at any time without the Access Fob.
