G Suite - How to Cancel, Move or Transfer

While we like to keep you as a G Suite customer, you are welcome to end your subscription with the AHBC or transfer to another Google Partner / Reseller or go directly with Google.

Cancelling / Transferring your Google G Suite account
  1. Simply use our online Technical Support form and select "Cancelling Of Online Service" and select the "End Google G Suite relationship with AHBC".  
  2. There is no fee to End your G Suite subscription with the AHBC 
  3. Pay any outstanding AHBC G Suite renewal invoice that has pass the renewal date for your request to be completed. 
    Note that the AHBC is unable to gain a credit on your behalf if the account has renewed with Google.
Transfer your account to a different Google Partner
  1. Follow the steps above.
  2. Find an authorised reseller in your area, use the Google Partner Search Directory. 
  3. To transfer the management of your account to a different reseller, the Google Partner / Reseller needs a Transfer Token associated with your account. Sign in with your domain’s administrator username and password and your Transfer Token will automatically be generated.
  4. Give the Transfer Token alphanumeric code to your new Google Partner / Reseller, who can complete the transfer for you.  Note that Transfer Tokens expire 14 days after being generated.
  5. Pay any outstanding AHBC G Suite renewal invoice that has pass the renewal date.  
    Note that the AHBC is unable to gain a credit on your behalf if the account has renewed with Google.
Once you have ended your G Suite relationship with the AHBC, associated support is no longer provided by the AHBC and must come from your new Google Partner / Reseller or Google.  In addition the process is not reversible and if you have any applications created by the AHBC and incorporates the AHBC resource code libraries, these online applications will also cease to function.
