Mailboxes, Mailing Addresses & Google Listings

Your Business 

As an AHBC Member, you are permitted to display on your website the following address information.

Please note that you can not use of the address for mail deliveries, your Registered Address with ASIC or ATO or with Google Maps unless the service below has been obtained.


As an AHBC member you can hire one of our mailbox service.

Mail boxes are conveniently located near the front entrance of the centre.  As main is received, you will be alerted by email for your collection.  A mailbox key is supplied.  Click here to rent a mailbox.

Your business addresses should appear as:-

Do not use your box number within your address.  Australia Post will only deliver to the main address of 82 Onkaparinga Valley Road....

About a Registered Address at the AHBC

By law, all organisations must have a registered physical address and not a Post Office or Remote Mailbox. 

A Registered Address is used for serving of legal and official documents and viewing of your business records by organisation such as ASIC, ATO, Legal services etc.

Reasons why you may need to hire a Registered Address:-
    • Renting - If you rent and work from home you will need to obtain the property owner's permission to use their property address as your business Registered Address. This may have flow on effects in terms of insurance and council rates.
    • Private - You may not want your home to be entered by others or wish to keep your home address private.
    • No Physical Address - Many online businesses and owners don't have a physical address as they may travel while conducting business.
As a AHBC Members, you may obtain permission to use the AHBC as your Registered Address on payment of an annual fee. However the Registered Address is not intended for regular mail deliveries. You need to obtain a mailbox is you wish the AHBC to process your incoming mail.

If mail is received for you at the Registered Address, we shall place the mail in Mailbox #10 for your collection. An email shall be sent to you with the combination number. Please collect within 48 hours.  

Google Business Listing at the AHBC

Allow AHBC to configure and manage your Google My Business listing.  This cover the cost of establishing and verifying your Google My Business listing.
