Domain - Lost Username or Password

Recovering your domain username or password is a simple process.

  1. Go to http://domains.adelaidehillsbc.com.au and sign-in using the "My Account" menu option located in the top right corner of the Domain Search Page.

  2. Select "Account Manager" from dropdown (Appears by default)

  3. Select "Lost Password"

  4. Enter your Username or *Domain name.  

  5. Check your email for a recovery email and follow the instructions. The email may take a few minutes to appear.  If the recovery email has not appeared check your SPAM or JUNK folders just incase.

  6.  If you did not receive your recovery email, it's most likely due to the registered email address linked to your Domain account is out of date.

    You may contact us to recover on your behalf.  Please use the Technical Support Form to make this request and not a fee may apply.  If we do not know you, we may request for proof of identity before resetting the password.

*A domain name excludes the "Hostname" portion at the front of your web address such as  www.  Eg. mydomain.com.au and Not www.mydomain.com.au
