Educational Farm Walk
Improving horse welfare through better land management
10 am 3 Dec. 2016 Woodside, SA

10 am Meet at the Natural Resources Adelaide & Mount Lofty Ranges office 1/33b Onkaparinga Valley Road, Woodside (behind Bike About)

Join us for a walk over a property which has new pastures and is set up for the care of horses rehomed from Windamere Horse Sanctuary.
The horses enjoy social connection as a herd, and are of advanced age.

On return from the walk, participants will discuss pasture plants and weeds from their own properties (or agistment paddocks), including identification and
management tips with land management advisor, Andy Cole.
The session concludes approx. 12.30 pm

Registration essential:

A donation tin for Windamere Horse Sanctuary will be available on the day
